The best of the best can't escape STRESS. It's the way you handle it that matters. Stay calm, you can't change people, you can't change circumstances so don't waste your prescious time stressing over something you can't control.
Instead, focus on your RESPONSE. How are YOU going to REACT to the situation? What positive outcome can you create? Is the issue worth a response? Some things are better left unsaid and unworthy of your time.
Positve breeds positive and unfortunately negativty breeds negativity. Positive, my friends is your CHOICE and I promise you, if you take this path stress will slowly leave your beautiful life. Happy New Year! 2015 is going to be your year!
Happy New Year and Welcome to my NEW BLOG, Fit to Bee Healthy! Today starts a new year and a new chapter for many of us. A new start, a new opportunity to do the things that were overlooked or passed up; the things you would "get to" or "didn't have time for" or "dreamed of" or just never started from years past, could be on many of your minds.
Please take a minute for yourself to really put your heart and soul into what you want to do different this year...better yet, what you HAVE TO DO different. What is the first thing that comes to mind? Does that thing make you angry? Does it bring you joy? Does it make you sad? How does this thing effect others?
When you stop running in the fast paced, can't wait until tomorrow, crazy place we call life to FOCUS on yourself for a few short but important minutes you might allow yourself to have a moment of realization. The moment where desperation turns into determination. A time where your "want to" turns into a "need to." A moment where you step up and make the changes you've been talking about for way too long.
You're still reading, so are you in the game? Are you ready to write down your goals? Get a white board and start with three things you are determined to change this year. Look at them every day, think about them every day and act in some way every day to achieve them.
If you do, 2015 can bring you to places you only imagined. Embrace the excitement and opportunities that come before you. Realize your value and how much you have to offer. Open your mind to opportunities that are so big they scare you to death.
